LIRR Operates Extra Trains for St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Manhattan, March 16

The Long Island Rail Road will provide 38 extra trains – 20 westbound and 18 eastbound – for those traveling to and from the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Manhattan on Saturday, March 16.

In the interest of safety, alcoholic beverages will not be permitted on trains, platforms or at stations from 12:01 AM, Saturday, March 16 through 5:00 AM, Sunday, March 17. MTA Police will enforce this restriction.

Port Jefferson Branch (from Port Jefferson and Huntington)

Ronkonkoma Branch (no Pinelawn stop)
