LIRR's Penn Station Ticket Office Temporarily Relocated

The transformation of Penn Station continues to move forward, with construction related to the East End Gateway and LIRR Concourse project requiring the temporary relocation of the LIRR’s Ticket Windows. Effective at 6:00 AM on Wednesday, December 11, the current Ticket Office will close, and a temporary Ticket Office, with six Ticket Windows, will open between the Main Gate area and the Central Corridor (towards 8th Avenue). In addition, the LIRR's Customer Service Office will relocate alongside the six temporary ticket windows.
