To Pay In Person or By Mail

Summons payments can be made in-person by check, cash or money order. Credit card payments may also be made at the TAB offices using an Official Payments Kiosk.  If payments are submitted by mail, only checks and money orders are acceptable. If you remit payment by mail, please allow a minimum of 10 business days for processing. Please be sure to include on your check or money order the nine digit violation number that is found on the upper left hand corner of the Notice of Violation. In the event that you are unable to pay a fine in full, you may request a Time Payment Plan. There is a $3 processing fee for participating in the Time Payment Plan. If you do not satisfy the terms of the Time Payment Plan, you will be responsible for immediate payment of the remaining balance, which may include penalties and interest. You may request a Time Payment Plan in person or by calling TAB at (347) 643-5805.
