Now you can email your AAR reservation request!
Beginning Monday, February 25, Access-A-Ride (AAR) customers can request Access-A-Ride trips via email.
This service is available for trips scheduled for weekdays only, Monday to Friday. You can make requests for next day travel via email the day before you wish to travel until 3 p.m. You will receive an email response to your trip request two to three hours after you submit your email.
Click here to register your email address. You will then be able to request a trip one day in advance of the date you want to travel.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get an acknowledgement that you’ve received my trip request?
Yes. You will receive an email acknowledging your trip request and another email that confirms your trip two to three hours later.
Can I cancel my trip by email?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible. You must call our reservation line at 1-877-337-2017 to cancel your trip request.
What if I want to make a reservation after 3 p.m. or for weekend days?
Please call our reservation line at 1-877-337-2017. The new reservation system cannot accept reservations for weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) or after 3 p.m. for a next day (weekday) trip.
How far ahead can I enter my request?
You may request a trip one day in advance. Trips requested the day before, must be requested by 3 p.m.
Can I reserve a trip on the day I’d like to travel?
All reservation requests must be made by 3 p.m. the day before you wish to travel.
