Ridership Notes

* Averages exclude Saturday, August 27-Sunday, August 28, 2011 due to Hurricane Irene.
** Averages exclude Monday, October 29-Friday, November 2, 2012 due to Superstorm Sandy.
 
1 Routes were renumbered as follows:
  BxM8 was BxM7A prior to 9/4/11.
  QM20 was QM2A prior to 9/6/11.
2 Q45 and Q47 were combined into Q47 on 9/4/11.
3 Route Q52 began operating on 7/1/12 as part a restructuring of the Q21 route.
4 Route Q70 to LGA began operating on 9/8/13.  Route Q33 was shortened to Ditmars Blvd the same day.  On 9/25/2016, Q70 Select Bus Service replaced Q70 local service.
5 Route Q114 began operating on 8/31/14.
6 Route Q103 weekend service began operating on 6/29/2014.
7 In July 2016, the 3rd variants of the following express routes were relabeled (the 6th Avenue variants retained their original names):
   QM4- 3rd Avenue variant renamed QM44
   QM24 - 3rd Avenue variant renamed QM34
8 In September 2016, the 3rd variants of the following express routes were relabeled (the 6th Avenue variants retained their original names):
   QM1 - 3rd Avenue variant renamed QM31
   QM2 - 3rd Avenue variant renamed QM32
   QM5 - 3rd Avenue variant renamed QM35
   QM6 - 3rd Avenue variant renamed QM36
