The NYSUCP DBE Directory will move to

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), a certifying partner of the New York State Unified Certification Program (NYSUCP), is pleased to announce that the NYSUCP is improving service for its user community. Improvements will include a common platform for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE), and on-line DBE application and certification management functionality.
As a first step to implementing a common platform for DBEs and MWBEs, the NYSUCP directory of certified DBE firms will be moved to the web site referenced above. This change will take effect on June 1, 2016. Please be sure to update your DBE directory bookmark and inform others who use this directory in your organization.
This new web site and underlying platform is provided by B2Gnow which currently provides the New York State Contract System for MWBE certification in New York State and Port Authority’s Diversity Management Program so many users may already be familiar with its look and search capability. Although DBE and MWBE certifications will coexist on the same platform, DBE certification application and management will continue to be administered by the NYSUCP partners, while MWBE certification and management will continue to be administered separately by New York State Empire State Development. In addition to MTA, the NYSUCP certifying partners include the New York State Department of Transportation, Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
The on-line application functionality is not yet available but will be announced soon. If you have any questions, please contact the DBE Certification Unit at (646) 252-1378 or email@example.com.
