The experience

Westport, Connecticut is a beautiful coastal town located approximately 47 miles north of New York City. In 2014, Westport was voted "Favorite Town of the Year" in a program sponsored by CT Office of Tourism with Compo Beach being the favorite destination within the town.

Downtown Westport has maintained its New England charm while providing high-end retail stores to shoppers and upscale restaurants for diners. Cultural opportunities abound in Westport with the Westport Arts Center, a beautiful gallery on the banks of the Saugatuck River, the Levitt Pavillion for the Performing Arts featuring world-class arts and entertainment often free of charge, and the nationally recognized Westport Country Playhouse.

You will be provided a beach bike cruiser, helmet, lock, and map so you can explore the coastline of Connecticut from the train station to Compo beach and the Longshore Club Park and then back to town to check out local gems, such as the Westport Farmer's Market (on Saturdays) and The Westport Historical Society.

YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION for your rental by calling 203-917-9533 at least 48 hours in advance. Once you make your reservation, purchase your package from any Metro-North ticket office or full-service ticket vending machine (excluding Westport Station).
