Saturday & Sunday 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (gates open at 9 a.m.)

Clearwater's Great Hudson River Festival Revival
The experience

"One of the Top 4 Festivals in the US" - Outside Magazine

This year's Clearwater Festival will honor co-founders Pete and Toshi Seeger who passed away recently. In addition to the 7 stages of music, there's also an Artisanal Food & Farmer's Market with musical performances and demonstrations, Handcrafters' Village, Green Living Expo, Working Waterfront with rides on small boats and tall ships (including the sloop Clearwater and schooner Mystic Whaler), the Children's Area, Todd's Musical Petting Zoo, The Circle of Song (sing-alongs), Story Grove (professional storytellers) and so much more!

Over 100 artists will perform over 7 bio-diesel or solar powered stages including: Lucinda Williams, Norah Jones' new project Puss N Boots (featuring Norah, Sasha Dobson & Catherine Popper), Rufus Wainwright, The Mavericks, moe.Acoustic, Richard Thompson, Martin Sexton, Josh Ritter, David Bromberg Big Band, Lake Street Dive, Bettye LaVette, Jake Shimabukuro, Buckwheat Zydeco, The Klezmatics, Holly Near, Tom Paxton, Tom Chapin, Toshi Reagon & Big Lovely, Dr. Bernice Johnson Reagon, Laurie Berkner, Dan Bern, Dar Williams, Garland Jeffreys and many more.

Inspired by Pete Seeger's desire to clean up the river over forty years ago, Clearwater's Great Hudson River Revival initially helped raise the funds to build the sloop Clearwater, which has since become a world-renowned floating classroom and a symbol of effective grassroots action. Today, Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, Inc. is a non-profit organization that sails at the forefront of the nation's environmental challenges. The revenue raised by the Revival goes to support Clearwater's numerous educational programs and its work toward environmental and social justice-as well as keeping the sloop Clearwater afloat.
