- 20 Minute Call - Customers must confirm station pick-up by calling the Enterprise office at least 20 minutes before train arrival, or by calling 1-800-rent-a-car from a pay phone upon reaching the station. An Enterprise representative will meet you with your vehicle, or take you to the office for pick-up.
