Upper Hudson Line Schedule Change Saturday & Sunday,
Nov. 10-11 and 17-18
Hudson Line train service will be adjusted for two weekends, Saturday through Sunday, Nov. 10-11 and Nov. 17-18, to accommodate necessary track work in the area between Manitou and Beacon. This infrastructure work will improve the reliability of train service.
To accommodate this work, trains operating between Poughkeepsie and Grand Central Terminal will run on an hourly schedule. Local trains operating between Grand Central Terminal (GCT) and Croton-Harmon, will run on a regular weekend schedule.
Regular train service resumes on Monday, Nov. 12 and 19.
The following schedule adjustments will be made for Sat & Sun Nov 10 -11 and 17 - 18:Southbound to Grand Central Terminal
- Trains departing Poughkeepsie between 7:35 AM and 9:45 PM, inclusive, will depart 15 minutes earlier and will stop at all stations 15 minutes earlier than the normally scheduled departure (see Sept. 30 schedule).
- Four inbound trains departing Poughkeepsie at 8:37 AM, 9:40 AM, 10:40 AM, and 3:40 PM will be canceled.
- Trains from GCT to Poughkeepsie will depart 15 minutes later and will arrive at all stations 15 minutes later than the current timetable (September 30, 2018).
- Four PM outbound trains departing GCT at 4:14, 5:14, 6:14 and 8:14 PM will be canceled.
