Effective January 2020, the following Metro-North Railroad ticket offices remain open for customers:

Grand Central Terminal
Monday - Friday
6 a.m. - 11 p.m.

Harlem - 125th St. station
Monday - Friday
6 a.m. - 10 a.m.; 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Fordham station:
Monday - Friday
6 a.m. - 10 a.m.; 4 p.m. - 8 p.m

Stamford station:
Monday - Friday
6 a.m. - 10 p.m.

White Plains station:
Monday - Friday
6 a.m. - 10 p.m.

North White Plains station:
Monday - Friday
6 a.m. - 2 p.m.

New Haven station:
Monday - Friday
6 a.m. - 10 a.m.; 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Croton-Harmon station:
Monday - Friday
6 a.m. - 10 a.m.; 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Poughkeepsie station:
Monday - Friday
6 a.m. - 10 a.m.; 4 p.m. - 8 p.m

 

As a reminder, Metro-North accepts cash and credit card payments for ticket transactions. You can use cash at any ticket vending machine or download MTA eTix, the fast and easy way to pay directly from your smartphone. Face masks are required on all Metro-North trains and property. Please follow CDC requirements for mask type and usage.
