2015 – 2019 MTA Capital Program
The proposed 2015–2019 MTA Capital Plan will renew, enhance and expand our transportation network with a $32 billion investment.
The largest element of the 2015-2019 Capital Program is safety and reliability projects worth $22.2 billion to renew the MTA’s mass transit network.
The Capital Program also proposes investing $4.3 billion in new technology, communications systems and railroad infrastructure, and $5.5 billion to expand the MTA network through major investments.
2010 – 2014 MTA Capital Program
Read the 2010–2014 MTA Capital Plan amendment approved by the MTA Board in July 2013, which details $2 billion efficiency savings and incorporates $5.8 billion of mitigation projects to improve the resiliency of the MTA network.
